Great location, close to all the attractions and amenities. The pool area was enjoyable and relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The noise level was unbearable, with loud music and rowdy guests late into the night. The room was not as described and overpriced for what we got.

Friendly staff, great location, and comfortable rooms. the staff at the hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. They provided excellent recommendations and made me feel at home. the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, ensuring a pleasant stay. the hotel offered a delicious breakfast and a relaxing rooftop pool. it was a positive experience during my business trip. On the downside, the noise levels in the hotel were quite high at times, which made it challenging to get a good night's sleep. the noise from neighboring establishments and the construction next door was disruptive, especially in the early morning. It would have been beneficial if the hotel provided better soundproofing or offered discounts to compensate for the inconvenience. Despite this drawback, the positive aspects of the hotel outweighed the negative, making it a decent choice for a stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The trendy/design style was definitely a standout for me. The hotel was exceptionally clean and had impressive facilities. The location on 5th Avenue was perfect, as it was close to everything and made it convenient to explore the city center of Playa Del Carmen. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.
Hard to think of anything negative about my stay.

I really loved the trendy and stylish design of this place. It's so refreshing and modern. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city and just steps away from the beach. The service here is impeccable, with friendly staff at the reception desk always ready to assist. The rooms are amazing, equipped with all the amenities you could ask for like air conditioning, a balcony, and an in-room safe. Plus, the television provided great entertainment.
All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel. It offers enhanced comfort and quality services that are quite luxurious.
